His career spans luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and creative culinary projects, providing him with a holistic understanding of diverse business models. This journey inspired his vision to provide substantial support to hospitality businesses, helping them organize, evolve, and establish a clear identity. As a Consultant, he participates in concept creation and evolution, recipe development, and the creation of signature dishes. He also provides team guidance, offering solutions that combine character, quality, and consistency.

With a degree in Business Organization and Management and a specialization in Human Resources, she oversees project coordination, communication management, and overall office workflow.
